1/2-inch Drive Torque Wrench & Breaker

Finally they arrived! Mountain 1/2" drive torque wrench and 25" breaker bar. I got them from Tooltopia through Amazon. Very good price, and much better build than the crap in Sears. The entire unit is made by metal - very well build and heavy duty. It also comes with a certificate of calibration stated when the calibration been done and how well it performed. I was impressed! The only draw back is it doesn't have N/m reading - it comes with ft/lb and K/m. Can't want to see them in action. Next time when I need a new set of tiers, I can finally take out the wheels in the comfort of my own garage =D

Looking for a great 1/2" impact wrench? Here I will be going over 3 great choices. The NEIKO PRO Dr Twim Hammer, the NEIKO Twin Hammer w/ 2" Anvil, and the AIRCAT 1100K. I'm not sure what your budget it for buying a new impact wrench, but I do want to caution you that you get what you pay for! If you buy a good one from the start, it'll be with you for life, where a cheap one won't be worth the metal you build it from! check it

There are several different types of torque wrenches available out there. One type is the torque wrench with a dial indicator built into it. The dial indicates how many foot lbs of torque is being applied. this website

Now let's think about a dry bolt at the same torque - it is not going to get turned enough to do what the manufacturer intended to do at that torque. ACDelco ARM601-3 3/8
